Shipping Policy

At UgoPawa Couture, we ship vibrant Ankara fashion to Southern Africa and to the African diaspora worldwide. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

- Ready-to-Wear Dresses & Clothing: 2–5 business days processing
- Fabric by the Yard: 1–3 business days processing
- Made-to-Order Pieces: 7–14 business days processing

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

All UgoPawa Couture orders include shipment tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

UgoPawa Couture ships from Africa. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

We are legally required to declare the full value of goods on all customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare values.

If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. UgoPawa Couture is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and arrange re-dispatch at your cost.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@ugopawacouture.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
